Are you still working on this project? I absolutely love the atmosphere in games that have environments similar to this, and I'd love to give it a try!

Naw, the old team disbanded around 2008.

We tried to make it in middle school but my programming was "noobful." :P

Ah. Yeah, I love programming, though I couldn't code a simple calculator if my life depended on it. It's some tough stuff.

Yeah. It was a team of 5 guys (myself included).
I originally just did 3D stuff, but then all the programming got dumped on me. ;P

I messed up trying to do a server-client system for online multiplayer. And I couldn't program AI very well. Debugging takes a lot of skill.

Well if you ever happen to come back to game design someday, I'd recommend you build off of a pre-built engine. Even pro game designers stress how making your own engine is a waste of time and effort.

Yeah, no need to totally reinvent the wheel each time. And some pre-built engines are quite affordable.

I hope to come back to it someday. Sort of like WoW + Age of Empires (kinda) ;P
