At long last the first chapter of Dead Hollows has arrived! Join Nick and Judy as they are introduced to a new case with a new face.
Author's Notes:
Originally I wasn't sure if I was going to continue this story. My life had decided to take a downward spiral as I became very ill and my day job began to consume my life. I do plan on writing further chapters, at the current moment I have about six in mind. This also depends on how well received the story is. As I do plan to keep going I'd like to let you all know, chapters may be far apart as there are many things I have to do in a day so I can't dedicate all of my time to the story as I wish I could. I'm also extremely nitpicky about how I write, there were many portions of this chapter that I completely re-wrote. I do plan to try to keep all of you regularly updated as the story progresses.

"Carrots..." He croaked again. "I'm sorry..." He began to tremble, his voice began to choke, heavy streams of tears ran down his muzzle as he fought the urge to cry. "I'm sorry..." He hiccuped.
I know this may sound weird, but I have some questions regarding that scene where Nick cried:
1. When Nick cried, did his tears specifically run all the way to the end of his nose/snout as he hung his head?
2. Exactly how would Nick react and what would he say to me if I hugged him, rubbed his back and licked those tears running down his muzzle with my tongue during the scene where he cried? Because every time I read that, I fantasize licking every last tear from Nick's muzzle.
3. Dumb question but how salty would Nick's tears taste on my tongue if I licked them directly from his muzzle?
4. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being freezing cold and 10 being scalding hot, how warm were those tears running down Nick's muzzle?
