Hmm... maybe bondage and extreme tickle torture.

She is a rather attractive goat lady, and with her attire perhaps got the wolf/werewolf to drop his guard just long enough and forget you shouldn't underestimate a goat's cunning, maybe after she'd performed an exotic dance with some silk scarves. Then she got in close enough and in a surprisingly short amount of time she had ankles, wrists and muzzle securely bound. She also proves to be stronger than she looks, by how easily she's carrying him and I imagine it will be off to somewhere more private, though maybe by then the wolf will have gotten over his surprise and perhaps slight annoyance to end up having some fun.
