Little dystopian future line art work somewhat inspired by sin city. Although not quiiiiiiite.
Gullotine is a Shadowrun themed character. A washed up amateur athlete unable to accept the fact that he'd never be in the spotlight. Turned to Better-Than-Life chips to make his dream a reality and soon became so hooked he could not tell reality from fantasy. He now roams the streets with razor wire wrapped around his arm, and razor racket in the other, lassos victims and promptly decapitates them for the cheers of the crowd in his head.

Kinda what I was going for! I'm going to try to get a character from one of each class in shadowrun in a more Sin City style, but I gave this guy more manga-style features including a really thick outline to hopefully make it look a little... off compared to his background. Like he's lost THAT much touch with reality.
