A little of this, a little of that...
This 2 x 2 inch pewter and glass locket contains a free-tumbling mix of earth magic inspired items: a partial mouse skull and half of a mouse lower jawbone, a rat snake rib, a mummified fence lizard leg, a spear of clear quartz crystal, tiny bits of pyrite (as well as a sprinkle of crushed pyrite dust) dry-preserved fern sprigs, tiny dried wildflowers and a single dandelion 'wish' seed. The items are not fixed in place and move when the locket is turned gently.
All animal parts came from naturally deceased specimens and have been cleaned/processed/mummified without odor by me. The bones are bright white. The plants were also collected and dry preserved by my own hand.
The locket hangs on a 22 inch dark gunmetal chain with latch clasp. The locket itself has been sealed shut and cannot be opened.
