Just a couple of character concepts for the game, if I ever get back to making it...

The cat would/will float around on his cloud and just be generally mischievous. You know... like a real cat with powers would. ^^;
He'd likely shoot lightning bolts down at you (curiously physical lightning bolts), maybe make charges at the player that could stun them for a moment, ETC. If you can manage to knock him off his cloud, given that the players weight was low enough at the time, one could hitch a ride on it.

The lower I haven't decided too much for yet, besides them being able to eat the player... I like the design, though, so...
