Everything seems to be in order here.
Most of my cats were rescued from my own backyard. They all spent time living in my wood pile. It kind of got a bit of a bend in it while piling it so we just piled around that. The hollow in the wood pile became a kind of cat den. It would seem that Fireball is thrilled that we're moving her old home into her new one and wants to be sure we have it set up right.

Actually, no. Fireball was an outside cat, one of three kittens. Her mom was already my buddy because we put food out, her sisters decided I was an OK guy for the same reason. Fireball was off like a shot when we came out, but sneaked around to the food dish after. I could pick up the other two kittens and they were rather calm about it. Fireball bit me and drew blood.
Her mom just up and left with the two sister kittens and was gone for over a month. Fireball was left alone for the first time, mom and sisters gone. She started to wail in misery whenever we came out, but was reluctant to come to us. I started to sit out and read so I was there, but not showing any threat potential. In a matter of a few days she was comfortable sitting on us and soon, crawling up on us. We became her substitute family and then brought her in the house.
As for why her mom left her back, we think it was Law of the Jungle. See, Fireball has several birth defects and we think that made her undesirable to her mother. So because "Momma" cat abandoned Fireball we decided we were done with her, persona non cata as it were and stopped feeding her.
And now you know........the rest of the story.
