wow, is actually a kinda snack here where i am, like they sell these crunchy flavoured noodles specifically to be eaten as is and even instant noodles that can be eaten as a snack (raw) cooked with broth or fried :P , so i guess according to some everyone in my country is a retard

Since most noodles are just some sort of flour and water that was then dried out in the desired shape, they dont really need to be cooked. Granted, the only ones I like to eat raw probably shouldnt be eaten raw, but thats my personal choice dammit.
