Photo I captured at a model train show a little while back. The B&W helped give it a bit more feel to it I personally think, but then B&W can often make some of the strangest and dullest things look mildly artsy fartsy... so I don't know :P
Photo taken with a Nikon D5200 with 35mm 1.8 lens RAW post processed afterwards.

I know very little about the little model trains to be honest... my dad loves them and I had a bit of OO gauge stuff when I was a kid, but the hobby never really blossomed for me. Still admire the detail of the models and thebtime spent setting up some of the scenes though!
Interesting to know exactly what this is though, thanks! :)

I don't know much about trains myself. The small bit of track that is in focus is the most telling clue for me. Compare it with this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18483852/
I'm not an enthusiast, but I do assemble an American Flyer S-gauge set every holiday season. It's been a family tradition since my dad bought it back in the 1950s.
