It then got me thinking, 'You know, there is another forgotten character who is an important piece of Canadian history.' And so, in my seemingly continuing series of obscure mascot/character fan art, I present Punkinhead the bear. He was created by the now defunct Eaton's stores and usually popped up around Christmas time. He has been a fixture of the Toronto Santa Claus Parade for many years until he faded away into obscurity and I thought maybe I should pay tribute to this cute little character. I gave him a more cub like and "animated" appearance than what he originally looked like.More info about Punkinhead can be found here:
