That's a hipothesis based in the game Zootopia Crime Files, in which Grizzoli is a polar bear, but according the movie, if we see who stands up when Bogo calls them (and do it twice in the movie), we can conclude that Snarlov is the Polar Bear and the white wolf is Grizzoli.
I think they mixed names in the movie, and didn't pay too much attention about who was who. And due to the game, there are people who think that Grizzoli is the polar bear, and due to the movie, people who think that is the wolf. Anyway, as long as there is nothing official, both points of view can be right.
Effectively, Grizzoli looks a name for a Grizzly bear (not a wolf, but not a polar bear either! XD) so personally I like to think that Grizzoli's adoptive father is a Grizzly bear. Why not?
