This is my villain and main antagonist in my "Zootopia 2" fan fic sequel. His design was inspired by the villain of "Big Hero 6". A way of using Disney's self-reference and Easter-Eggs in their films.

He is an anthro male but his species and breed are completely unknown. The mask may appear feline, but it is meant to throw off those investigating him, making them think that he is of the feline family when they think he could be a canine.

He uses his disguise to hide his ears and tail so as to not give away his identity. He also uses a voice changer inside his mask as well as very commonly bought scented cologne to throw off the keen sense of smell for most predators and prey.

He is intelligent, well funded, resourceful, clever, mysterious and tenacious.
