A raffle freebie won in one of Darc's streams. Decided to have him take first crack at one of the IPA officers aboard the Hearth Star. Here she is on a beat before that fateful assignment, enjoying a coffee as she patrols the halls of a space station. And of course, Darc had to add a few deliberately silly flourishes. :P Overall not bad for the very first crack at this character.
To the average citizen, the officers of the Intergalactic Police Agency are perhaps the most visible protectors of the Galactic Republic. On patrol both in space and planet/station-side, the IPA is responsible for investigating crimes conducted by or against the Republic and its people. From investigating black market stimulant dealers and illegal eating contest rings to battling pirates and slavers, the IPA's mandate is as broad as the average officer's waistline and often sees them collaborating with either Space Fleet or the Star Corps... much to the hilarious dismay of all parties involved.
Officer Sage is a corporal in the IPA's Tech division, a branch of the IPA responsible for investigating crimes of a technological nature and maintaining IPA equipment. A Buk (beaver people with a racial hat for engineering and tool-smithing) female with a strong sense of justice but an otherwise shy personality, she joined the IPA out of a desire to make a difference in the galaxy. Though her decision has caused some strain with her family (unlike the vulpine Vul, the Buk have not quite come around to taking a more hands-on approach to the Republic's defense) she finds her work rewarding.
