Actually, I got it from the first chapter of your book Tomorrow's Sphinx. And wow, I'm absolutely flabbergasted you're on FA! :D
I have been using it as a screen-name since 1998, but I think I read it in around 1992. I used to have a copy of the book but I gave it to a friend who adored cheetahs and at the time couldn't find a copy anywhere online. :]
