I wished I'd gotten these done sooner, being the election was a couple weeks ago, but today being the Transgender Day Of Remembrance, I wanted to post and say some things today. Some of my dear friends have been very depressed and , trying to get away from the onslaught of negative news, so this is for them, and for anyone needing reassurance. It's a scary world and there's more ugly, hateful people in power now. People like Mike Pence are more than happy to continue brainwashing naive minds into the kind of senseless hate that led to there being a need for the day of remembrance. The mindless fear and hatred toward people different than oneself. We must be vigilant and stand together in love to support one another to get through these dark times.

My own personal solution is a hatesink project. A bit of art where I throw all my negative feelings.
Like, a story where the bad guys are almost winning, and the few heroes still win, with a struggle, but still by being fundamentally good. I put any evil thing into the bad guys, so it is out of my system. :)

Erf, sorry I hadn't gotten back to you on this sooner. Well, the theme was simply going to be 'fight for your rights' with a line of transgender people marching in a line. One of them holding a flag, and myself carrying a megaphone. I can show the sketch sometime, if you like.

I know some whiny fur or another will try to cry "hypocrite" at me for saying something like that on a post about love, but FUCK people who want to destroy love.
