Well, usually I work with someone, or meet them within the same crazy stuff I run into. S'good way to "break the ice" with out fallin in it.
Find like minded people, say "Hi" and explain ie, nice tats, I like your shirt, what song were you humming, blah blah, TALK TO PEOPLE!
