I think you mentioned that part of the spell included everyone around them accepting their new bodies as normal. I kinda get a laugh out of the mental image of their human parents and everyone else all just acting like human parents having and raising panthertaur kids is a normal thing. It would be a very bizarre set of memories to have, yet feeling like it's perfectly normal.
Hmm, if they accept it as, "normal" it could be more like that the feeling of panic of such a dramatic event happening is surpessed. Like a kid getting a scratch on his finger, "Oh well, it happens. Put a little bandaid on it." but instead, "You turned into a female pathertaur? Oh well, thats life I guess. These things happen."
*nodnods* Physical assets don't make a gender though, I mean this t-dude here for example linked below (NSFW) has a fem figure and breasts. Maybe Donnie still goes around and insisting he's a guy and be treated as such. Goes with the more tomboy look they're sporting. Could complicate things more if the spell

Then again I'm just kinda imposing my own TG life experiences I guess, for which if unwelcome I apologize. Though kinda gives me an idea for my own story perhaps.
