Vancouver's rising star hero, Halifax is ready for some explosive action!One of the few agents assigned to the UNBOS' Vancouver Special District, Halifax could easily be considered the rising star of the Vancouver group. Despite the destructive nature of his powers the only collateral damage he has produced has been that of property, carefully avoiding injuring civilians with aimed attacks. The young ocelot has come quite a lot way from working past damaged nerves in his limbs and is determined to keep his city and it's people safe.
