Plasma Powered Jolt
Wanted to remake this http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20437657/ to include transformation and body inflation so it can work with the eevolution turned into glassy globes theme thingy. In fact, this is a sequel where the bubblegum blew back inside of him making him transparent, and the force of him flying back turned his butt into a base when he landed on it (I know, makes wayyyy to much sense); disoriented for but a moment he clearly still enjoys the feel of the sheer lightning power inside.
