HeyItsYTF!
Mahina Kalani is one of the more exotic members of the Ushiyama family. Born on the island of Oahu to a successful pair of restauranteurs, she learned from a young age the art of hula dancing from her father, and the art of cooking from her mother. When she was barely 3 years old, her father, hearing about a flourishing island city off the West coast of the United States, and decided that it would be good for their business to move to the city. As such, he took his savings and moved his family to the bustling island community. There, Mahina was educated in the ways of running an establishment while her parents enjoyed their new home and the business it brought.
Eventually, when she reached her late 20s, her parents decided that it was in their best interest to retire and return to Hawaii. However, instead of closing their restaurant down, they left the restaurant to her, having trained her to run the shop since her childhood. Mahina graciously accepted and took up the mantle of manager of the Pineapple Lanai, her parents' former restaurant. Eventually, an entrepreneur approached her with an offer to merge her restaurant with his then-newly-established resort on the island, a proposition which Mahina readily accepted. Nowadays, the resort and her restaurant are among the most popular places on the island for tourists to visit. This is helped by the fact that Mahina is an incredibly huge sweetie to everyone she meets. Many of the customers come to watch her hula dancing performances on the restaurant's stage. As a Hawaiian cowgirl, Mahina produces large amounts of coconut-flavored milk, and makes sure to sell what she produces at the restaurant, making hers one of the only flavors that her cousin Creamia's business does not provide. Due to this restriction of supply, her milk is in high demand at the restaurant, and often sells out before dinner is over.
Mahina: Welcome to the Pineapple Lanai, darling~ Please, come take a seat, it's almost time for the nightly hula show~ <3
And hey, look! Told you we patched up the Fullness Meter pretty quickly. :P
