One of the regulars in the stream-chats has a penchant for music-related names for his characters, often with somehting of a play on words or pun involved. One of those characters is a red-panda named Wah-Wah Pedal.
Relatively recently there's been a bit of play around the idea that his family runs a Chinese restaurant, and last stream he introduced a giant bunch of siblings, one of whom was Mei, who was introduced bringing someone else else a drink, but being as she's a very young and little critter, she was carrying the tray over her head. Seeing as it was also mentioned that all the kids had little uniforms, the mental image was irresistibly cute, so I just *had* to doodle it up.
