These are actually little flooring sample chips I got from a local hardware store. The backs are various faux marble and woodgrain finishes, the fronts I painted up with various critters. They already have a hole in them so I threaded a bit of cord and a couple of beads through 'em so you can hang them up if you wanted to.
Made for sale at summer fairs and cons and like that.
Each is about 1.5 x 2.25 inches big, more or less.

They're kind of fun to paint on, like very tiny canvases. Free is also a good price for anything, and you can get the chips from most big building/hardware stores for the asking. Next time you're near such a place, pop in and act like you're remodeling -- I'd love to see what you'd do with this sort of tile.
