Wanted to draw a small pic of an old favorite of mine, Rebecca Cunningham from Disney's TaleSpin show.
Due to my "tastes" I decided to draw her in what I thought was her best outfit. Nice and simple. If I were to guess, she's just reacting to Baloo doing whatever again.
For some reason I think she pulls of that grumpy look better than a happy one. Probably due to conditioning from the actual show itself lol.
