I argued to myself over this, like how in the heck am I going to draw the mouth, am I going to make it small & triangular or round & wide or how big should I make her bandanna cap, it was extremely difficult. This was the most confusing picture for me to draw, I'm not even sure if I did a good job on it or not, it's up to you guys & gals. Wave is from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise in the Sonic Riders racing game series, this is my first time drawing her.
