I improved this drawing out of sheer imagination,I did not come up with a name for this character yet I am gearing towards Wendy, using nothing but RED to create this entire tickle torture picture, so go ahead & Enjoy~~~!

Im sensing some arrogance in the description there
To counter this here is some criticism:
1.The drawing looks very flat
2.Colour palette is very limited
3.Premise is hard to see even if you read all the info you gave
