Aw, hope everything is okay.

What went wrong? Care to talk about it?

I've had a number of friends -- both online and IRL -- who have had a rough year with relatives falling ill or passing away this year.

As for myself, my Grandmother is in the hospital battling lymphoma. She has been there since August and had been doing well up until the last week. Recently she had become very tired and during my last visit was fairly despondent.

My brother-in-law was in an ATV accident recently. Severe head trauma with what will likely be long term brain damage. He has two 4 year old boys. It's been difficult for everyone.

So yeah, this year blows.
