Hi every one. I have been on a super plush kick lately and really been giving some thought to the idea of having a plush character. After receiving some gift art from the super awesome Mr agent, what started kinda spontaneously has lead to a character that I have fallen in love with! This guy is a lot of fun and I find a lot of elements of him most enjoyable. So let me introduce Chompy, the plush gator

Chompy is a indigo plush gator of rather sizable proportions. All things about his appearance lend them self to his approachable nature. His mass is soft and floppy. His heavy thick tail drags behind him every where he goes. Despite all this his cherry demeanor shines through what could look to be a lethargic form. His soft, comfortable and cozy stature makes him looks like he was designed to be a hug shearing beast. This is because that is exactly what he mas made too do.
Chompy is a plush, seems stuffing and all. His form is soft and loose. He is made of a short soft plush material. He has a faint sweet scent like that of lavender due to the cleaning products used on him. His form as well as personality have no real determinable gender, thought he refers to him self as a male due to the mascot he was fashioned after. Chompy is a plush made of a cereal mascot by the same name for a cereal named 'Swamp Chomps' he doesn't understand he is a mascot, and just believes people like him and that is why he sees him self on products periodically.

Chompys personality is much like that of the commercial mascot he was fashioned after. He is excitable, eager, happy, and approachable. He can be a bit over the top at times, though he is always friendly and emphatic to others. While his personality could come of as some what two dimensional, he is all ways sincere. Chompy wants the best for every one and has nothing but love for everyone he meets.


Chompy's likes- The delicious taste of 'Swamp Chomps' a nutritious part of a complete breakfast! Hugs! Meeting new people. Sweets. Swamps. Pleasant tactile information. Affection. Parties. Saturday morning cartoons. Commercials from the 80's and 90's. Bright colors.

Chompy's dislikes- when people try to explain to him that he 'is not real' or that he is only a commercial character. Chompy can not brake character, because he truly believes he is THE Chompy. When presented with evidence to the contrary it causes him great conflict. This is because the character of Chompy the gator is all ways happy and care free, thus any internal conflict that makes him sad contradicts his very being.
