There is a strong pegan tradition that is celebrated as well and many people DO forget which tradition they are intending to fallow but to claim one is more true than another is folly. I whole heartedly respect the Christian tradion AND the Pegan tradition. The only tiem there is real loss of truth is in forgetting the intentions of the holiday.
