well if anyone needs a tour guide when they visit the uk (dates permitting as i work ALOT!) i'd be happy to be of service, i know a fair bit of the south of the UK now thanks to my google earth researching for my picture work, so .. yeah if anyones up for a day out taking pics or sight seeing lemme know.... obviously time to get to know each other would be good otherwise it'd be all awkward and stuff. :)

then you should definetly visit this place sometime .. has ALOT of older generation tanks :) i particularly enjoyed walking round the museum and observing the changes in technology on the tanks (newer tank tracks, bigger weapons, and bigger tanks!) .. if you look through my gallery theres a large tank that was captured during the gulf war :) huge great beast with a massive turret :D and right next to it was an early generation challenger .. massive beast :D

Indeed! :) i'd like to visit Bovington when they have an open day with displays, the static displays don't change all that much but their open days are meant to be pretty good :3

I highly recommend it *wags* the museum itself (when i was there) was a little small and i didn't go into the trench exhibition .. too loud etc. But they do have alot of tanks in the museum .. highly recommended

From Gloucester its 104 miles, South on the M5, head east on the M4 then pick up the A36 then the A350... and follow your nose .. you'll also go past where i live :P
