This is actually my third completed musical instrument. However, unlike my previous submission, Sonya, Rosa was made entirely from scratch.
Technical details:
Materials used (many): Western Red Cedar, Walnut, White Oak, Waterfall Bubinga (headstock veneer), shell, jasper, jade (?), Corian (TM of Dow Ind.), paint, cyanoacrylate, brass, and nickel/iron fretwire
Finish: Shellac over Linseed Oil
Project time: (I didn't keep track, but well over a year of weekends)
Availability: Sorry folks, this is a one-off, but I will take commissions for Classical guitars in the future!
