This elemental body is formed mostly of kelp, but also with some some micro organisms from the surrounding area. Like the Windego this element is not so suited to direct attack, and it can only change currents so much by itself. Working together with a Windego however, it can use rain to flood an area, then work with the Windego to snow and freeze it all over for truly devastating results.
