Eh.... The very fact that this entire thing has a TOS, and doesn't seem very unique as a species -at all- puts me off adopting one. No freedom or liberty with the purchase considering the "Owner" is not the person with the end use of it considering, according to the TOS, if the new owner does something that you don't like- that you can revoke any and all use.... Too severe. Either way, it's put me off.

I'd also like to point out:

I DID say they weren't finished.
I'm still working on everything, I just wanted to put something out there as a preview / prototype.

Off putting or not, it's there to protect the owners.

That's simply so there won't be MILLIONS of in used, characters people sell for their own profit. I've seen too many other characters up for sale because the owners 'can't connect to them' after owning them a whole 2 weeks while doing nothing for them, and/or selling them for a major mark up for their own gains. That's what that means.

(If you're talking about the creator reserving the rights to se the characters -even ones owned by others -for their own gains, that's not new. Or unique to me. ANY and all creators may use any and all of their species they own for any reason. This means using someone's creature for ads or examples )

EVERYONE gets 3 warnings. If they blatantly disrespect the species or other members of the group they are gone. I will not tolerate harassment to other owners due to their art style/art level or views.

ANY species creator reserves the right to revoke creatures if someone violates the posted TOS.

Like I said, if you don't like the idea of a species, there is no reason for you to buy one. Or for that matter care.

"Not very unique?"

I've seen people copy MLP and add a mouth on the end of their tails. That's their whole species. Made hundreds of dollars at least.
At least I put some thought into mine.
