Any and all who own a Drolv MUST agree to the following Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to refuse/revoke the character for any reason.
I will refuse a creature if;
• You are a known art/ species thief
• You are caught violating any of our rules multiple times.


That I {the owner of the species}  can and will revoke any creature at any given time.
However I will not abuse this right.
You will receive warnings, and be temporarily banned before it's removed.
It is only if I view the transgression severe enough, you are liable to have your creature revoked.


I will revoke your creature if:
• You are selling, trading the creature without my written consent.
• Continually violating our posted TOS and rules
• You attempt to sell your Drolv (es)
• You attempt to steal someone else's Drolv (es)

If your Drolv (es) are revoked you will NOT receive compensation for art you've bought or done for them.
I reserve the right to re sell them if revoked.

You are NOT to change the species you adopt here whatsoever.  
This is the most disrespectful thing to a species creator.
If you do or attempt to change the species, you will automatically forfeit  your Creature and be banned.

I may allow small changes during the making of your creature, but keep in mind; all are made with a rarity chart in mind. I may add a charge to the price.

You are not to heavily base/copy your Creatures'' design from an existing copyrighted character.
This includes:
• a fellow's character
• An established other species

You are not to profit off of the species (selling MYOs, adopts, and customs):
Aside from my specifically chosen design team and myself, no one else is to profit off of the species in any way.

Uploading to other websites is permitted WITH exceptions:  
• You MUST let me know FIRST - before you upload.
• Credit is needed if you do.
• You MUST link back to the group
• You must send US a note with a link to your upload
Acceptable sites are Toyhou.se, Furaffinity, Facebook,  and Twitter


Once obtaining an Creature, you CAN NOT for any reason trade/Resell it Without my EXPLICIT permission:  
I do not like the very though of my species being used as trade fodder and excuses like "I can't connect to it" are not alright.
So unless you have asked explicit permission, DO NOT TRADE/RESELL.
You may purchase one as a gift, BUT the recipient MUST be a member of the group as well and you MUST let me know while it's being designed that it is not for you.


You are not to sell any commercial Creature merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs, anything that has related material):  
Commissions for personal use and crafts for personal use are allowed.

I reserve the right to have the final word on the fate of revoked Creatures: I will decide what happens to any and all that are revoked. If I choose to resell or put it up on another DTA, then it’s rights will be to be resold and/or given to the new owner.
• If I find the need to revoke your character, you will NOT be refunded any funds you may have used to purchase it/art for it/ or any other.


You will not change characters from another closed species into ANY other species without permission.
This includes, but is NOT limited to:

MYO Rules:
You may not, in any way, shape or form, replicate or take heavy reference/inspiration from a copyrighted character or pre-existing​ Drolv {es}
MYO slots are only used once. After that any more Drolv {es} that you wish to create must be bought through another MYO slot

You may not trade or sell your adopted creatures.
At all.
If you no longer want it, or are no longer 'connected' to 'attached' it gets returned to me.  * This is very important!!
Your MYO design must be submitted through the correct journal, the information you must provide alongside your Drolv (es) is stated in the journal, and a link to the comment where I approved your MYO slot originally is needed.

As soon as you make one and enter it for submission, it will automatically belong to the group and the group may use it for any commercial or noncommercial uses that it wants. So make sure you are okay with giving up copyright rights to this species, because entering into this ensures that that token species will fully belong to the group and not you.


Redesign and Modification Rules:
Minor changes to designs (such as making a spot bigger, slightly changing the shade of markings, etc) are permitted so long as the modified design still looks very similar to the originally sold design.
Major changes (such as adding new markings, changing the colors drastically or completely redesigning the Drolv (es) so that it does not look like the original version) is not permitted without permission from me (the owner) . If permission is granted a small fee may apply.
When modifying the features of your Drolv (es) please submit your change via note for approval

General Rules:
Drolv (es) are a closed and copyrighted species, and may not be created without permission from HowlDream767. Anyone found creating Drolv (es) multiple times or refusing to give up a made-up character will result in them being blocked and put onto a list to show that these Drolv (es) are unofficial and banned, and not recognized or supported by the group.
Please include a simple 'The Drolv (es) species is a CLOSED SPECIES © HowlDream767'  when and if you create or commission art. Make sure that if you commission or receive art from someone else that they put that in their piece too.

Sexual and gory artwork or roleplays are allowed to be submitted to the group, but please ensure you have the proper filters on and it's submitted to the right category. This makes it more comfortable for the general or younger browsers of the group.
All art submitted to the group must be your own, however free to use bases are allowed if you have express permission from the base owner.
It is preferred if things such as religion, political matters and human products are kept out of the Drolv (es) designs and world.


Drolv (es) are only created and distributed by HowlDream767 Please do not buy from other makers, as they do not have permission to be making nor selling them.


Co-owning Drolv (es) is not permitted. Please do not co-own or enter into a deal where you and someone else (or a multitude of people) agree to pay split prices.

If you discover creating or selling Drolv (es) or otherwise copying this species in any way, shape or form, please bring it to the attention of HowlDream767.  Likewise if you find someone copying the official base or other fan-made Drolv (es) art, notify me.

- Each Drolv has a 'serial number' for easier reference. This is important - it keeps each Drolv unique and proof they are registers and legal.

If you are banned on that group, you will NOT be able to have any of our creatures and you will be instantly banned from this group, plus having any purchased Drolv (es) instantly and permanently revoked.

If any characters of these listed species are converted into our species, I will revoke all of them and return the characters to the rightful species owners to be rehomed. This is incredibly disrespectful and is not, nor will it ever be ok.
THIS IS THE ONLY WARNING I WILL GIVE.

This MUST be done whenever you do our species related works or putting up ref sheets and/or art of your character.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
By owning any of our species, you understand our rules.
• Absolutely NO stealing art/characters. This is my one and only warning.
• Absolutely no harassment/bullying to any of our other members.  No insulting anyone else's art. Everyone and every style of art is welcome here.
• Try and do your best! Even though we allow all art, try to show you're putting effort into your art!
• You MAY commission other people for art of your characters, but make sure if you want to upload it into your own gallery, you get the artists' permission FIRST as well as give credit and link back to the artist and the original image.
