This was my first attempt at a furry, ran into a lot of setbacks and had to redo a lot, if not the whole thing many times. Those of you that may remember the preview will notice it is vastly different, that should be a testament to how many times I had to redo this one.
Krystal is a fox girl from the 'Star Fox' series. Her first appearance was in 'Star Fox Adventures' It was a strange departure from usual rail-shooter style that 'Star Fox' was known for, but I still enjoyed the game. She didn't show up in many other games but I hope that changes. I had wanted to try drawing Krystal for quite some time now, her design actually makes her very difficult to draw, at least in my opinion. I was very used to drawing Peach, so Krystals sleek slanted furry fox eyes were a bit of a challenge. I put the setting at the mouth of a riverbed leaving a forest at dawn. I especially like the heavy sunlight here, I think the bright orange in the background makes Krystal stand out.
