Here's Ma'liik, a fighter pilot of the Odraani empire; an evil faction from a yet-to-be-named retro-sci-fi universe.
This is the first picture of the red-eyed skink girl
WingedCrusade won through the auction my bestie;
Nimtai hosted over her page. -3- (Thank you so much, you sweet bastard, you know you won't get away with it that easy <3)
I really can't wait to see how WingedCrusade will fell her with life through backstory and traits of all sort! Please stay tuned, a bust and a ref sheet is coming up in the next few weeks!

Some generic 'evil' space empire, the Odraani. They’re from a planet comprised of mostly scalie species, which are also likely matriarchal, as 5/5 chars I’ve drawn are female - because I’m weird. They were somewhat dwindling in numbers since they have little habitat but a lot of resources, and thus started colonising other systems. Soon they ruled over several other smaller space nations. Their tech is considered outdated and bulky - having a lot of resources they didn't bother with optimising stuff.
Since on ground their forces are somewhat handicapped - bulky life support systems, generators for plasma weaponry - their main strength is the the fleet: orbital bombardment, chemical weaponry etc .. their pilots are highly regarded and valued, given their relative small numbers.
Their main fighter ships, the Drakke, are considered to be surprisingly up-to-date, even innovative in the general space theatre; heavily armed and agile. The only thing they are somewhat lacking is armour; since pilots are anything but expendable, the Odraani were the first to install pressurised cockpits that also served as escape pods; while they were much appreciated by the fighting forces, they were too complicated to maintain and few factories had fine tools to manufacture them; after roughly 5000 units, they switched to unpressurised cabins; and issued the pilots sealed suits; in the ship they were connected to a main air supply tank, but after ejecting - the seat had basic manoeuvring nozzles -, the suit switched to small supply of air, housed in the small backpack of the pilot along with blunt electronics for heating and beaming distress signals.

I wonder if this pilot and THIS one: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20444386/ are from the same world. And if so, I wonder if Ma'liik would accept big squishy hugs from the Floofadile pilot!
