This particular evil scientist's name is Dr. Spotarecirt, which is "triceratops" backwards if you didn't catch it already. Creative, I know *sarcasticlaugh*
This is a character turnaround I did...it's obviously made so that I can model him in Maya, which is why the arm is missing on the side view (so that I can get the profile when I'm modeling) and he's in such a bland, mirrored pose for the frontview (boring, I know, but necessary.)
