An old drawing, attempted colouring with Corel Paint. Took forever to finish, and it's nothing compared to some of the amazing stuff here...

Actual blue colours are darker, and less bright. Cheap background was added due to lack of creativity. An I apologize for the apparent lack of originality in this overused design.

Design information: the wierd purple gun in his left hand is a 'lightning pistol' (shoots quick pulses of electricity), while the other is an 'aqua pistol' (shoots highly concentrated water jets) Use your imagination to combine the two. ;)
