Patma is an asuran princess(negative god in hindu myhtology) she ran away from her home and was living in the Himalayas where one day an alien artifact fell out of the sky , she kept the artifact and then Jin'no /shino/Kagura and Yurie came and confronted her about the artifact , and fought with them and was defeated , but later developed a crush on Jin'no and followed him back to Japan .

Her outfit is based of the traditional outfit of the royalty during the sangham period ~well mostly based ..
