A wonderful character designed and thought up by 
viewtifulfennec
Rosa, despite her small size, is a very dangerous creature. She floats around freely, often times causing mischief and having some fun at other peoples expense. Her little pranks are often harmless but if she gets hungry, you better hope you are on her good side because every thing can be food at that point. Simply opening her mouth and using her levitation powers is enough to down even the largest beings to their doom.
Still a character concept but massive credit to viewtifulfennec for working so hard on her and making her a very interesting character.
