Not too long at all, Rukis doesn't run a queue (at least that im aware of), but she does open for commissions every so often, just watch her account and her journals. It may then take a while to be completed, this one was a couple of months (which she warned me would be the approximate timeframe when I commissioned). So you do have to be a little patient, but absolutely worth it.
