Ah yes, I never read the comics but I am familiar with the character. I always like characters that have a lively sense of humor. From memory this chap was rather jovial at times. "Go get 'em Mr. Violator"

And I am also familiar with hearing that Todd McFarlane is an asshole. Not to sure where I heard it from, but you are the second to relay that information.

He originally got his start with Spider-Man and shot to stardom when he created Venom for Marvel Comics. His ego is enormous but he appreciated my abilities enough to enlist my services for his Spawn spin-off series Called Violator. I was taking so long on issue #2 that he fired me and hired some other guy to finish the series with issue 3. I've always been slow because I like to take my time to do it right.
