I doodled this up in Flash. Ever since the Watchman movie came out, I've been wanting to read the book more than I've been wanting to see the movie. So I'm reading through it and a skip a couple of parts ahead and read the part where Rorschach is in prison and is visiting with the prison psychologist and all that.
So I wanted to jump on the bandwagon and do Rorschach fanart. But I wanted to do Rorschach fanart that wasn't just "Hey. I'm Rorschach. Look at me, I'm so awesome."... but actually kind of touch on his moral absolutist, black/white way of seeing things (which is one of the reasons he is an interesting character, or at least that's the way I see it).
And of course, I have to touch on it in the most inane way possible.
Oh... and note to the furry community, if you're going to do a furry version of Rorschach, please, please, PLEASE do not do a canine version of him. Considering what he did to dogs in the comic book, it's just... weird. :/

As fun as a scene this is, I wouldn't tag it onto your flash despite it being rather witty and fun.
i've been dying to see Watchmen and after reading your comment on a furry version of this character, I assume feline would be the best choice if worst came to worse (like it always does in the fandom.)

You're reading the BEST GRAPHIC NOVEL OF ALL FREAKING TIME? I only say that, because everyone else says that. You're dedicated - I promised myself I would read that.. someday. And by someday, I mean eventually - and that's totally the same thing. So I just totally became redundant.
Anyway, it's good to hear that if you plan to draw more of Rorschach you'd keep him to his roots.

Rorschach is amazing.
I'm on a big Watchmen hook now ever since I saw the film.
Even though I knew what it was before the film was even mentioned, the hype has brought it all back to me. <3
