Ohoho boy, I've been excited to contribute some lewd lizard for a while now~

This is Vivi! She is a playful Salazzle woman from the traditional Konikoni City in Alola who owns and runs a better business type corporation currently situated in the heart of Black City, Unova. She's quirky, calculating, and a very smooth talker. All of the employees who work under her are male lizard Pokémon, and while she does take a strong command over her workers she personally makes sure each of them are well taken care of and properly trained to do their job. Because of her firm leadership skills she and her company has made a big name for themselves even outside the Unova region.

Vivi always keeps her word about taking care of her employees, especially when they surpass what is expected of them. In addition to the typical raises and bonuses she prides herself on giving other different "rewards" as appreciation for their hard work. No one seems to know what these special rewards are, and none of the employees who have experienced such things themselves have uttered a word about it to their co-workers.
