Scarecrow is an albino Umbreon created in a lab. She (yes, it's a she) escaped one day and is running wildly around the Johto region. She was a normal Umbreon until a day before she escaped. She was used to test illegal experiments that severly mutated her.

She has a bloody bandage around her right forearm from when she escaped. She has spikey wings. They don't really help her fly, she can only glide about, maybe half a foot from the ground. She has a black moon on her forehead the absorbs moonlight,. Without moonlight, she is weak. Her rings turn black under the sun, and they glow under the moon, just like a normal Umbreon. yes, she is feral, she will never be an anthro.
