Long time no see :P, & I hope all is well! I took up to your suggestion of me-time, after I finally was finished with school. Luckily I have some vacation before starting my first job, so I can do some more reading now and then.

It is always nice to read some background info about your stories and yourself in its own story setting. Still, it is sad to read how downhill life went for you. I think the escape behavior is quite human though, and you're maybe a bit overthinking some consequences of your actions. Your situation was very difficult to cope with emotionally, which put you in a situation so any actions are not really blamable to you. Overthinking the past is really something to avoid, but yeah everything easier said than done. Everyone does. But I have to say, we all overthink stuff too much, probably some people can deal a lot easier with it.

I feel sorry that you feel that way about your own specie, albeit understandable as there are really a lot of bad people. Furthermore, finding your identity is also quite a difficult subject to approach. I am afraid I can't help much in this regard. But hopefully letting it all out in this way helps.

Also, take this comment with a grain of salt, as I can't possibly speak for you. And please write whatever you are comfortable with, as it is also your own time and effort you put into it.

So, up to the second part of the holiday story. Hopefully, I will get around it this week.

Oh Silent... This is why I love and missed you so. You always seem to be right, often enough supporting what the Clan does suggest. For that, I'm beyond thankful I admit, I have a terrible habit of overthinking my past actions and trying to justify what I've done in some situations. I suppose the Thais thing (naming a character after her) was me trying an experiment of sorts, to see if I could somehow get closer with what happened. But again, you're right. I have been trying not to let it bother me lately, and I think it's been working out. Though, it does sometimes feel like I'm just ignoring a wound in hopes that it won't get infected, but it sometimes is better than picking at it.

This Misanthropy thing is... Nothing new, really. It tends to come out through my Somewhere Out There series that I started this summer (if you don't mind spoilers to a game, then you'll likely enjoy reading it). I get that you really shouldn't base opinions of a species around very narrow experiences (much like Saber does, if you remember him from False Freedom), however lately it just seems to be getting a little harder to keep faith in the species as a whole. Maybe that's not quite fair... Let me rephrase that; it's getting harder to keep morale with those who are currently in charge and running the world. Likely, that's where a lot of this frustration is coming from.

Still, I've been doing a lot better lately. Be it me "Soapboxing" my opinions through my writing, or even getting a little bit more attention through my newer series, it's hard to pinpoint. Still, things are looking up lately, and I've just been trying to do things as they come/flow. Though I did have a bit of a questionably bad experience with my first request (due with a lack of communication), but that's about it for the most part. There is something else that's been tugging at the back of my mind, but it's something I'll cover in this year's winter Meta.

Still, it's amazing to hear from you again Silent! I'm glad you got some time off, and took some time for me once again Holiday pt2 is more just a series of erotica scenes, and that's about it. There's not really much to say, other than it's a bit more inflation based again (as well as two others: "The Broken Heart's Delight," and "Sorry, But Your Friends Are Hot." Though, the new series is mostly erotica, it's back to normal again =P so look forward to that), so that's up to you if you want to read it. I know it's not quite your kink, and other than Broken Heart's Delight, there's rarely any character development in them. Still, your decision regardless, and I look forward to whatever you wish to read

Also, look forward to Anthem act 4 - Day of the Dead. It's my favorite thing I've written this year!

Ugh sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Things did go different than initial planned, which also drained sometimes some of my motivation to visit this site and read a bit.

I am glad you find my input valuable , it is also sometimes a bit difficult to give some input without really knowing the big picture behind it. But I am glad I can help somewhat this way, and I am glad to do so!

Thanks for the warning, and I do not really mind the spoilers though. And I understand where your frustrations are coming from, some people seem to have the wrong priorities/values.

Haha, okay I will maybe skim over some parts which are a bit too much for me. I have now read Holiday part 2 for the most parts, so I will try to write a comment somewhat later next week.

I look forward reading the fourth part of Anthem, will probably take me a while to catch up to that. I will just read everything on the order of submission.

Skimming over parts is perfectly fine I'm just surprised (and very thankful) you're even reading it. Still, I hope you get a laugh at some of the things within those adultery focused ones. Oh, just as a reminder, I'm not sure if you read Anthem part 3 yet. I remember suggesting 1989 last year, so it's possible you might have skipped it. Just take a look and double check, if anything seems familiar, then feel free to carry on to act 4. Just didn't want you to get lost
