never said you had to be, but if you dislike him so much, then why are you channeling so much time and energy into bashing the crud out of him. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but there is a SERIOUS line between expressing someones opinion and being a rude bashing jerk. I like Greg's stuff. It's different, and at the same time its creative and always thinks a few steps ahead in the plots, all that he has here, he's earned, he's worked for. All of his storylines and plots, all of his character concepts, that's all 1 man behind it with the help of friends along the way. He enjoys what he does and has a passion and a connection with people, and most of all, is open minded and socially acceptable. He has my utmost respect as a person, and as a writer and artist. So go ahead, bash him, but that will NOT change how those who know him and respect him, view him.
Good for you. Incredibly sad, but good for you. I've already spellled out the reasons it's NOT creative or interesing in any way in the above link, and I devote so much energy 'cause seeing the fandom fellate utter mediocrity gets under my skin like a parasite.

i feel the need to defend him, because he's a friend and an inspiration, and that what you're doing is not "saving the fandom from fellate utter mediocrity" but bashing a man who can express himself in a way that doesnt involving bashing others, but also connects with others. You go on and bash, just hurting yourself

I am very particular about whom I draw. Graveyard Greg is an inspiration to both Dineegla and Myself, and is a personal friend WORTHY of our friendship. His characters always reflect an integrity and fine sense of the comic world. Not everyone may like a character, but ALL characters are necessary to move the plot along.
I understand that Dineegla and you are good friends, but you do need to be careful with your criticism. If you have a criticism with someone's character, you need to go to the source: the person who created him or her. Posting here like that only causes flaming and upsets me and Dineegla, as well as the author of any character. In the future, remember: Good Criticism builds up. Nasty commentary causes hard feelings.
