Hey Look, Freehand!
Got dang I rarely do this stuff :3 Commission for 
athear, who wanted me to design a banner-bearing assault marine for his custom Blood Angels successors. This model was kind of difficult. My freehand's a bit rusty, so I had to practice on some of my own Sisters banners to get everything working, and the color used to make this guy's armor a 1:1 mix of Kantor Blue and Runefang Steel, and when you mix a chromatic with a metallic, it basically forms a liquid rubber. Some shading and highlighting made it a little more workable though :3

Oooh, nice. I totally suck at freehands :P
BTW, I don't know if you have heard, but GW is gonna release some sort of pigment thing... basically paints that are "pure pigment". Meant to change the hues of other paints but supposedly you can also mix them with metallics to create metallic blue or red or whichever.

Duh x3 All assault marines should be beakies. All marines should be beakies. All models in all forces, regardless of army, should be beakies.
Actually, fuck. I think I might do that with my SoB celestians. If I put some green stuff on their Sabat helms, I think I can make some cool bassinets or plague-doctor-y masks
