Ando Rei... would never wear a cute, floofy prom dress. So I found a nice vintage number by Stop Staring and ripped most of my pose from the sample picture. Because sometimes I am lazy XD

She is waiting for Raph, who is late. Meanwhile, she will get drunk and mouthy. Because that is what she does.
