Originally was going to be an Easter picture, but I took too long so...yeah.
The coloring I did on this one I like a lot more. I'm still fiddling around with a style I like more on Sai, but I think i'm getting closer to what I want.
ANYWAY, Casra running through a field of pretty pink flowers and...yeah. Who is she running too? Why is she running? WELL...I am not sure. IT COULD BE A CERTAIN SOMEONE. *HINT HINT* Or she is just running around like a crazy lady and Emme could be trying to catch up to her. BUT ANYWAY-SHE'S CUTE. For a brain/heart eater. The way my Flayers are anyway.
And apparently has great legs. Oh Casra...you wear such skimpy stuff...but she is oblivious to this. STOP BEING A VICTIM.

Hehe, I never thought about it like that, but you are right! In all actuality, this is based on my GM's old image of her when I first created Casra for our old DnD game. Of course, she has become more like my persona thing now then just that DnD character way back when. Ahhhh I love Mind Flayers. And...I can see if I can find that old image. I think its on my old defunct DA page. I should post some of my old art, but I think my eyes might burst into flames. XD
The Illithid are indeed all manner of awesome.
To this day I'll never forget finding them in the Monster Manual, I completely spazzed out and had a complete and total 'Squee, kick ass!' moment.
I'm all for posting old art, if nothing else, it completely makes your new stuff look that much more epic.

Wow late reply is LATE. And yeeees. I love them so! GUH! No monster has really captured me as much as they have. Its pretty crazy.
