You've created a wonderful warm structure, but my eye isn't led anywhere in particular. While there are plenty of areas of interest, I find that there is contrast missing in your palette in places, especially in the area of cools. The green almost rectifies. Of course, this could all be because of the photo you took...
I wont blame the photograph because I definitely agree with you, although it does tend to flatten
some of the depth that I think makes the piece interesting. There was something, I thought formally
that was just a little off that I couldn't quite resolve, but your thoughts about the color are giving me
good food for thought. Thanks!
